Eva Leistra teaches the course Nutrition and Health at AUC. She works as a lecturer and programme coordinator at VU Amsterdam and has been working at the Department of Health Sciences, Nutrition and Health since 2015. Eva Leistra obtained her MSc in Health Sciences in 2008 and completed her PhD on Nutrition at VU Amsterdam in 2015. Her research focus is on (disease-related) malnutrition in hospital inpatients and outpatients.
