Visit our in-person Student Service Desk to talk to an employee directly  

During the academic year, in-person office hours are held from Monday to Thursday, 12:45 to 13:45, by an AUC staff member from the Student Service Desk on the ground floor of the Academic Building. The Service Desk is located by the main entrance, opposite Reception.

Summer 2026: adjusted opening hours

During the summer recess, the AUC Academic Building has adjusted opening hours. 

  • 27 June – 21 August
    • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
    • Saturday - Sunday: closed
  • 22 August – 30 August
    • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 22:00
    • Friday: 08:00 - 19:00
    • Saturday - Sunday: closed

From 31 August 2026, the regular opening hours (below) will apply.

General opening hours during semesters

During the semesters, the AUC Academic Building (Science Park 113, 1098 XG) is open:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08.00 - 22.00
  • Friday: 08.00 - 19.00
  • Saturday - Sunday: 12.00 - 18.00

Opening hours during class-free days/weeks
There are some days and weeks during the semester when the AUC academic building is open, but no classes are taking place. These are known as class-free days/weeks. On these days, the AUC building is open from 08.00 to 18.00. For information about holidays, class-free weeks and exceptional weekend closures, please view the academic calendar via the link below.
