She joined AUC in June 2023. Natalie has lived in the Netherlands for the last two years after having moved from Wiltshire in the UK. Her previous experience includes 25 years in human resources. Natalie's last role prior to relocation was as an HR Business Partner for Wiltshire Police but she has also worked in a number of industries including pharmaceutical, office supplies, IT training and retail.

Natalie studied business, sociology, psychology and is a chartered member of the CIPD (the professional body for human resources). In addition, she has recently achieved her Level 5 qualification to teach English as a Foreign Language.
