AUC lecturer and tutor Dr. Bart Verheggen was recently interviewed for a news segment by Dutch media outlet Nieuwsuur to discuss the link between observed extreme weather and climate change. Taking place partially in the AUC academic building, the segment focused on how climate scientists are now able to say with more authority that there is a link between the increasing frequency of extreme weather events and climate change.
