Speaker:
  • Sarita Bajnath is a Dutch entrepreneur, trainer and speaker on diversity, inclusion and privilege with a Surinamese background. She is the founder of socratisch.nl, an organisation that provides workshops aimed to inform on racism and unconscious biases.
  • Tarim Nduma Flach is a Dutch-Senegalese student, activist, and educator. Tarim participates in several organization and movements such as being the vice-president of Amsterdam United, peer educator at Diversion and activist for Zwarte Piet is Racisme.
  • Erik van Halewin is the content manager at Stichting Diversity, focusing on the theoretical framework of the programmes, workshops and guest lectures carried out by our organization. Stichting Diversity is located in Amsterdam, where it works to enhance the parity in institutions of higher education.
  • Henning Zorn is a management and communications consultant and practitioner coach focusing on themes such as leadership and (project) management, cross-border communication, global collaboration and negotiation,  and diversity and inclusion. He is a member of the Society for Intercultural, Education, Training and Research, organizes the annual Global Community Dialogue and chair of the Foundation Children of Mexico.
