The incident has affected universities worldwide, including the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and VU Amsterdam. AUC uses the University of Amsterdam’s digital systems and shares the same Canvas environment as the UvA. As a result,the Canvas environment of AUC is also affected by this incident.

AUC is working closely with the UvA to assess the impact and to implement any measures or solutions that are required. AUC will continue to follow guidance and updates provided through the UvA.
