Céline joined AUC in September 2026, bringing over 15 years of commercial experience to higher education. Her background includes senior leadership roles across recruitment, staffing, marketing, and communications. She has held positions such as Communications Manager at YoungCapital, Senior Communications Consultant at Balance (now EIFFEL), Head of Marketing & Communications (NL/BE) at Klarna, Commercial Director at TommyTomato, and Marketing Manager at InSpark. Through these roles, she has developed a strong instinct for connecting talent with the right opportunities while building a core skill set that spans brand strategy, campaign execution, team leadership, and business development.

Céline holds a Master's degree from VU Amsterdam in Communications and Information Sciences and spent a semester abroad at the University La Sorbonne, Paris IV in Paris during her studies. This gave her an early taste of the international, multilingual environment she'd go on to build much of her career in. Born to a French mother and a Dutch father, she was raised bilingually, and that mix of languages and cultures has stayed with her ever since. Alongside English, she speaks French and Dutch fluently and gets by well in Spanish. An enthusiastic traveller, she loves meeting people from different backgrounds wherever she goes.
