Caroline joined AUC in July 2023. She has over 13 years of experience in the education sector, having most recently worked as an Academic Director at CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) Amsterdam. Prior to that, she worked at Boston University as an Assistant Director of Program Operations in Sydney, Australia, and as a Program Manager in the Study Abroad office in Boston, the United States. She has also worked as a Client Relationship Manager for Ashridge Executive Education. A Dutch-American citizen, she grew up in the Netherlands and has also lived in Singapore, Russia, the United States, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Wheaton College and a Master of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration from Boston University in the United States. When not at work, you’ll find her cycling around Amsterdam, trying out a new recipe, or planning her next trip to somewhere she has not yet discovered.
