The information you enter should match the supporting documents you upload, as these documents will be used to assess your academic qualifications. If your documents are not in English, Dutch, French or German, please upload an official translation of all documents as well.

Secondary education
Enter the details of your secondary education, including your country, institution, dates attended, and whether you have already obtained your diploma.

Higher education (if applicable)
If you have attended a university or another institute of higher education, you should include these studies, even if you did not complete the full programme.

In this section, you will indicate how you meet AUC’s English language proficiency requirements.

You can apply to AUC before receiving your final English test result or completing your English qualification. However, if you receive an offer of admission, meeting the English language requirements will be a condition of your admission before you start your studies.

If you have already taken an accepted English language test, enter your results in this section. If you have not yet taken your test, you should indicate your expected test date. If you do not know the exact date yet, please enter 1 July of the year in which you expect to take the test.

If you believe you meet the English language requirements through another qualification or exemption (for example, a qualifying secondary school diploma taught entirely in English, an accepted International Baccalaureate qualification, a German Abitur with the required English grade, or education completed entirely in English in an English-speaking country), please indicate this in your application and refer to the English proficiency requirements page for the accepted forms of proof.

The questionnaire collects additional information needed to assess your application.  

Information about your mathematics
The mathematics information you provide in this section allows the Admissions Committee to determine whether you meet the mathematics requirement for your chosen major. Please note that each major has different mathematics requirements. If your mathematics programme is listed in our Mathematics Requirements, please select the relevant qualification and level.

If your mathematics programme is not listed on our website, or if you have not taken the required level of mathematics for your intended major, you will need to meet the requirement through an Online Mathematics Proficiency Test (OMPT). Please consult the Mathematics Requirements page to determine which OMPT test applies to your chosen major.

Documents you should upload in this section include:

• Motivation and Personal Study Plan
• OMPT certificates (if applicable)
• University entrance examination results (if applicable)
• AP examination results (if applicable)
• Any additional mathematics qualifications

Please do not upload duplicate copies of documents that have already been submitted in another section of the application.

Motivation and Personal Study Plan
Upload your completed Motivation and Personal Study Plan using the AUC template. Instructions for completing the Motivation and Personal Study Plan can be found within the template. This document is an important part of your application and is assessed alongside your academic qualifications. Before uploading your document, make sure that it is complete and saved as a PDF file.

Before submitting your application, make sure that all required sections have been completed and that all required documents have been uploaded. Check that your documents are clear and legible, that the information you have entered matches your official documents, and that your completed Motivation and Personal Study Plan has been included.
