AUC student Kitsanin Thanyakulsajja was recently featured in an article in Dutch media outlet RTL Nieuws and in a video by student-oriented weekly Folia. Thanyakulsajja, a first year student, is originally from Thailand, but sought to share his love for high-quality sushi with the local community and founded Project Omakase. Working from his dorm, Thanyakulsajja has been busy preparing meals many nights a week as he quickly found he wasn't the only one with a passion for the Japanese delicacies.
