Adjusted opening hours

During the summer, the AUC academic building has adjusted opening hours:

• 27 June – 21 August
  • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
  • Saturday - Sunday: closed
• 22 August – 30 August
  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 22:00
  • Friday: 08:00 - 19:00
  • Saturday - Sunday: closed

From 31 August, the regular opening hours will apply.

Tours in the summer

During the summer recess, tours will take place on:

• Tuesday, 7 July
• Tuesday, 21 July
• Tuesday, 18 August

No telephone or in-person Student Service Desk office hours 

When the building is open, students are welcome to use the study spaces and attend events. However, there will be no Student Service Desk Telephone or in-person Student Service Desk office hours from 27 June 2026 until 21 August 2026. 
 
If you need to meet with an AUC staff member during the summer break, please be sure to schedule your appointment in advance. You can also submit any questions or requests you may have via the Digital AUC Student Service Desk.
