As part of Big Questions in Future Society, this Who's in Town lecture concerns the future of sustainable food. Focus is given to the increasing realisation that, due to increasing awareness of climate change and technological developments in food science, we do not need to use animals for human food consumption any longer. Questions will be explored about the future of animal-friendly food and whether we will view eating animals as immoral in the future.
