Join our AUC Open Day webinar in order to learn more about our study programme, residential life, student activities on campus and ask questions to academic staff and current students in real-time!
|Date||19 November 2020|
Due to government measures in place to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we've turned our annual Open Day into a webinar so that prospective students, parents, guests and other visitors can learn more about the AUC programme and ask questions before applying. The Open Day webinar is just one of the many digital activities taking place this year to help you in making an informed choice about your future study programme. Further activities will include opportunities to speak to directly with admissions officers, discuss your future curriculum with current students and also participate in a sample lecture.
You can now register for the AUC Open Day webinar on Thursday 19 November 2020 below. After registering, you will be sent the link to access the webinar by email three days before the event.
The AUC Open Day webinar is designed to offer prospective students and their guests an introduction to the most important aspects of the AUC programme. Taking place over the course of an hour, Prof. Dr. Murray Pratt (Dean of AUC) and one of the Heads of Studies will guide you through what a liberal arts and sciences programme entails, discuss AUC's policy on admissions, show how the study programme is structured, year-by-year and take a look at what students tend to do after graduating from AUC.
One of AUC's student ambassadors and a member of the AUC Student Association (AUCSA) will then join to offer a student's perspective on campus activities, what it's like to live in the dorms, what their typical week looks like and how they made the choice to study at AUC. At the conclusion of the plenary session, there will be a chance to ask questions and have them answered in real-time.
If at the end of the programme you still have questions, you can always contact us directly or speak with a current student using the links below.
We look forward to digitally welcoming you on Thursday 19 November 2020!
