TEDxAUCollege: Upside Down

23Mar2019 12:30 - 18:00

TEDxAUCollege will host their 2019 conference on Saturday, 23 March with the theme of "Upside Down."

Started in 2015, TEDxAUCollege is an entirely student-run committee that organises a yearly event in the style of the TED talks. With the "x" denoting an independently run event, the same established TED format is followed with inspiring speakers addressing a topic of their choice in under 18 minutes.

Theme: Upside Down

Upside Down is the theme for the 2019 edition of TEDxAUCollege. It explores ideas that play with long-standing concepts to challenge communal perspectives, providing curious minds with a space to question the known, be inspired and come together to generate a set of new ideas worth spreading. The selected speakers will consist of a mix of experienced professionals as well as students.

Location and tickets

TEDxAUCollege "Upside Down" will take place at KIT Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam. Tickets are on sale via the TEDxAUCollege website for EUR 25 per person and include a meal.

Please note that this event is run entirely by AUC students and will take place at a location other than the AUC building.
