Ansink, Erik (Dr.)
Dr. Erik Ansink teaches the courses Sustainable City and Environmental Economics at AUC. Ansink is an experienced researcher and lecturer in environmental economics. His main interests are the economics of coalition formation, institutions and conflict. He uses a wide variety of research methods to address these issues, including tools and models from game theory, political economy and experimental economics. He works at the Department of Spatial Economics of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, is affiliated with the Department of Economic and Social History at Utrecht University and is the managing editor of "Water Resources & Economics." His papers have appeared in prestigious academic journals, including the "Journal of Environmental Economics and Management", "Social Choice and Welfare" and the "Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization."
